Wouldn't that be a huge pain though? They'd have to patch every game. Differently, I think.
I thought there was some discussion about redirection to sd for romfs or something patch? For on the fly testing of rom patching?

Would be great if they released the tool to install .cia files
They did release a CIA installer called "Dev Menu", but Gateway blocked it. Maybe they don't like competition
DevMen can't work with those permissions.
The 3DS hacking scene is too busy making ascii art for their nfo filesI like how a lot of topics lately end up talking about the DevMenu. Gateway is still making progress beyond the 3DS scene, as our favourite devs had to reverse the latest launcher to get access to the 7.X encryption.
If Gateway is put out of business, the 3DS scene will get a big slow down.

to be honest I don't even know if that was fake or notI wonder if you are mocking a certain release thread here.
if you mean the http://gbatemp.net/threads/release-3ds_ctr_decryptor-void.370684/ thread that is most certainly real.....thats why we have all the VC rom injections etcto be honest I don't even know if that was fake or not
I mean the unpacked DLC. Isn't it encrypted with a console-specific key or something?if you mean the http://gbatemp.net/threads/release-3ds_ctr_decryptor-void.370684/ thread that is most certainly real.....thats why we have all the VC rom injections etc
