Probably could have made a 30 second clip but the song lasted longer than that. And I like the song. (It's not intended for anyone just like the song)

More from this "skid". And way more to come.

There was a time at which I thought you were just a misguided hacker looking to get some recognition for trying what you thought hadn't been done before. I now know that you're literally 100% bullshitting because anyone who's ever even caught a sidelong glance at a computer can tell that's fake. Sigh.

Umm... we know the structure of the files on the Wii U. Even if that were a file on the Wii U (which it isn't), it doesn't maintain any form of structure similar to any currently dumped file we already have. What you have posted, more than likely, is a stream dump of garbage data. I happen to know a lot about reversing code, and that is either encrypted content or a hex dump of a random network traffic (which it most likely is). But in all seriousness, can we get back to actually talking about the topic?

He's basically confirmed 100% fake. You can't magically just read encrypted data without decrypting it, and his tools (which he sent us) don't do anything of the sort.

LOL, the "tools" are just part of what is needed. You do still have to decrypt the data. There other forensic tools that do just that. Just how far am I gonna have to go before you figure this out??? Do I have to completely do this myself before you get it? If I have to then it really shows your ability or lack there of. Keep an eye on my youtube.
Wii are gonna be U famous. Pm me if you already figured it out and are just trolling me due to my request. Otherwise hang on it's gonna be a bumpy ride.

@wulfy: you have to have hardware (which I have) to use 90% of the tools I linked you to. But you really don't need any of the tools with the hardware because there are other means of accessing. (just requires dumping and reading then learning the translation) Once you figure out how it is crypted you simply compile new tools that make this process much easier. Layer by layer peel this open and compile and compile then you have a reader. (so to speak) From there anything is possible. (Since the U locks the keys after boot there is no need to sign anything as long as it's inserted into the crypted usb correctly) Once the U reads the Usb as correctly formatted it no longer asks for any "special keys", so getting through this point is the most logical spot. (Not the only spot just the easiest)

Thats one hell of a claim, if it is true that the wiiu only poles/checks the USB once after its inserted and not during a file read/write a teensy would be the way to go. but i cant see Nintendo making a mistake like that

Nah, he says he decrypted it without the key.

Which is even more bullshit because that's how encryption works :P either way he's a fool who thinks he can make a presence by making random videos like this to impress all the skriddies and pirates.
But I digress. I don't think we're going to be using this topic much for a while (considering we're getting into the bulk of the work finding and developing a higher level exploit), so unless someone pulls a Bean or an Overflow, I don't think we're gonna be getting much of anywhere anytime soon.

If I'm not wrong, some information about USB drive format.

Not at all, even I can tell that's more bullshit. The Wii U does a lazy formatting when formatting a new drive, so if you have anything on it beforehand, it'll stay there unless you literally wipe it to all zeroes. I learned this the hard way when I was first looking into it. Plus those strings are bullshit, it mentions physical discs on several of those pictures, which is completely irrelevant.
EDIT: and it mention FBFS, whatever the hell that is, certainly not what nintendo uses if the SDK is anything to go by (most of the wii u, including USB drives, uses "WFS")

Here we go. Breaking it down.
And no there was absolutely nothing on this drive prior to dumping the nand.
Now we are gonna boot the U and dump the memory to obtain all keys.

I gave you guys pretty much everything you needed and now I'm done. I'm gonna do it myself.
Plug your ears, we're putting dynamite at the back door.

Well, until you actually do so, I suggest for your best interest to not post in this thread anymore for all the hate you're gonna get :P I'm surprised you haven't already TBH. All talk and no walk. Get on with the show if you're gonna drag it out this long, but otherwise, you can forget about trying to impress us. I'm gonna keep a dose of healthy skepticism until it happens.
