Love the art style distinction between the two games.

Megaman fans have waited way too long for something good like this.

I'm ready to hop on the Wii U train now.

TW? Don't you mean Twilight Princess? Besides, we all know those only were exceptions because holding a wiimote in your right hand and seeing Link swing his left would be weird.

Still, my point is, he isn't always left-handed.
Besides, I don't give a crap about whether he is left-handed or right handed. Why care abut that? Seriously! Sometimes it hocks me to see that the zelda fanbase argue about meaningless things like this.

Please tell me that's a joke. Out of all the hundred of characters, they had to choose that one

I wanted Krystal from Star Fox Adventure---er, um, good for them:creep:....*Ahem* sorry, got something stuck in my throat
Well, it's pretty much a joke character.

Well, on the bright side, it isn't Box Art Megaman.

Am I the only one who was let down by this? I feel like Nintendo didn't bring their A-Game to the table like they did with brawl; I mean, compare the E3 2006 trailer to this one.

And only 2 new comer reveals? Maybe they were trying to downplay it.
Maybe it's just because that was a WAY bigger change than this one. Hope Nintendo steps up their game in the (very near) future. This definitely ain't gonna make WiiU's fly off the shelves, that's for sure.

I remember when I saw Snake was in SSBB, and I remember the mass panic freakout everyone had. Smash Dojo webpage reloading FTW.

64 was awesome, Melee was a crucial system seller, everyone had to have Brawl, and...this new Smash Bros...it's...meh. Yeah, there's an excitement for this new game, but, I hope Nintendo can bring more to the table. (Although I'm super-psyched to see MegaMan.)

Expected a new metroid. Disappointed. Where is the new "futuristic Retro Studios title everyone wants them to do"?
They're working on something else too, they probably started with the new DK right after Returns, DK doesn't coincide with any of the new retro project info we've had. And Reggie is saying that there are a lot more games to be unveiled but they doesn't feel are necessary to unveil yet until they've released their first batch of games.
I'm happy though as I personally wanted DK more than Metroid.

We know very little about 2014, what we saw was mostly 2013 games. Not counting Mario Kart's early 2014 release and maybe the release of Smash, that year still remains a mystery. Everything we've seen so far is gonna release before Christmas. Which is a decent amount of games even if it's not enough for me to purchase a Wii U yet.

I think this can be the very much needed beginning for the system just like with the 3DS.
1. Release Mario
2. Watch the sales go up
3. unveil stuff at a direct
4. And everything rolls on from there.
History is repeating again.

And Smash is far from finished, a lot of the stage models were straight rips, few characters done etc. But also, They've had very little time with this, they're making a 3DS game simultaneously and Sakurai's wrist problems isn't making the situation any better.

Wasn't this the Donkey Kong game? Some incorrect rumors about it I am guessing.

But yeah Megaman looks awesome. Some fear they cut some favorite characters lingers...

I'm glad to hear that every character in the Wii U version will be playable in the 3DS version.

So hyped for these games!! I'm kinda sad that they didn't show any footage of Zelda/Sheik, though, she's the character I always use. :D

I'm a bit weirded out about the Wii Fit Trainer being in there, though...

The save file(s) would never be created first in an emulator
  • A @ ATEMVEGETA:
Do you think continuing the story on the emulator would flag the save file as illegal? (Again no cheats, etc will take place, only normal story of the game progress)
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
But still using the save on a emulator, then back to switch is shady

Yea, that's the only thing I want to clarify actually. If someone has tried it with no problems.

If using the save on the emulator flags the save file. :/
  • A @ ATEMVEGETA:
Again, "using" I mean normal gameplay not modify it with other means like pokehex, etc
  • A @ ATEMVEGETA:
@BigOnYa, Can you help me clarify this thing somehow? Do you know someone that may know or have tried it?
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Just play it on the emulation at home and portable use the normal save, I wouldn't risk anything if online is important to you
