I downloaded the surge and update 1.13

i have the 9.00 jailbreak
the game installed it and the update didn't
maybe its faulty or something is wrong with my ps4
then from sp-int I switched to np
i tried to install it with np and it doesn't install it
the 10.01 firmware update fortunately tells me it cannot download
I tried to install the surge update both with ps4 xplorer and from package installer settings in sp-int mode and np mode and nothing
then i copied the update to the internal hdd and it doesn't install it either

You have to remarry update to base game. They probably don't match. Use search to find out how to do this.

every update must match the bass pkg if u lookup remarry and read and follow it should work. also watch these ps4 vids they are corrtly done.

All updates need to be to match base version even same region but easier way is to use Patch Builder v1.3.3 and no you don't need to modify anything. Like I said before watch his other vids.
