Met up with the kid around 7:20ish today. The kid was wearing the same kind of shirt from yesterday (same color and such but it was a different shirt though) and a pretty white skirt. We get on the light rail and talk about what we were gonna get done for today. 8:00ish, we hit Starbucks and Beth gets us some cold iced coffee. We hit the food court around 8:15ish. We try to fix her schedule up for the summer and next semester. Brandon joins us around 9ish and Phillip comes soon afterwards (no surprises today). Phillip takes out the cards and plays with Beth and Brandon. I tell Beth to get out her essay/project so I can help her look up some research. I work on looking for sources while the kids play cards. Come 11:30ish, Phillip and Brandon walk Beth to class and head out to the gym. I stay posted with Beth's laptop reading sources and successfully find enough to start the essay. 1ish, Beth and everyone comes back to eat. Brandon heads out around 1:30ish and we head out to sit outside. Phillip, Beth, and I just play cards for the rest of the time. Eventually it's just Beth and I playing an intense games of Speed. I dunno but I was trying to agitate her by telling her that she's mad (but she keeps denying it). We walk her out around 3:30ish, and Phillip heads home soon afterwards. I leave around 5:00ish.
Today was a fun day, like always. Beth and I (mostly me) got some work done. Yeah, now I think about it, the countdown isn't hitting me that hard yet. Maybe when it gets closer.
