So yeah, about the Pretendo situation in my post below

I correct myself, they are not a piracy service directly, but their community is far from friendly, and staff can ban you because they said so, apart that their servers are slowly breaking apart

(I tested every single "revival" server of them, SteelDivers Sub Wars, dead, IronFall, dead, Miiverse, works but css is a mess)

Staff is trigger happy even if you participate in a piracy-related post without contributing anything, otherwise I don't know.

It looks like they ban consoles overzealously though. I tried to bring a friend of mine with a shared console ID (which someone got banned in the meantime, it was a stupid idea), then he acquired one of his own which got banned straight away for no apparent reason.

Juxt is indeed incredibly tedious to navigate on console and I am surprised it remained that way for a long time now. Hope that gets addressed.

Any public service/site out there wants to steer clear from piracy talks because IP owners look for every opportunity to shut them down. Doubly so for an unofficial service that enables use of (remade) Nintendo services past end of life.

Just don't discuss it. At best you're causing them unnecessary trouble. And no, they don't provide any pirated content nor enable it, private servers for multiplayer and Juxt are all they offer. They repeatedly denied involvement in any eShop "revivals" as well.
