There's things I can miss I know, like some Nintendo Gallery shots, and Knuckles' Figurine to the Gallery, but besides thsoe, is there any?

There are some insane pictographs/figures. Ganondorf for example.

there 5 statues you have to fine in each major dungeon (using the tingle tuner)
they appear in the game on tingle island
I think it counts (I could only find one, in tower of the gods)

yea

theres also a white knuckle tuner side mission and a small side mission on the 2nd island you arrive at
both are easy

and dont forget the 100 level dungeon on links island as well :0
