Gaming Zelda BotW - Updates worth it?

Hey, is there a noticeable performance boost (e.g. more fps in kakariko) or other groundbreaking benefits with updates released after 1.3.1 for Zelda BotW? In order to update Zelda I have to update my firmware first but I want to stick to a lower fw so unfortunately it is not an option. Thanks in advance!

No, other then patching out some bugs in the mastersword glitch and item duplication I see no advantage of updating. However you can not play DLC 2 this way.

IMO nothing about BotW is worth updating for in general.

There is quite a good fps boost in some areas (lost woods area) but its not too noticable.
Only update for DLC.

if you are going to update have fun with and take advantage of some of the glitches first, but don't update unless you bought or are planning to buy the dlc

the DLC all sux anyway. wasted my $ that's for sure. don't need the sword trials or the other crap the game is way too easy to even need them...

whats dlc add oh a few extra shrine puzzles...BFD can live without them too

No patch or update is going to address the fact that the game world is more advanced than the hardware it runs on, which is why they had to use techniques such as dynamic resolution scaling to attempt to keep a steady framerate during weather / physics based sections etc. Patches only address minor niggles / bugs in gameplay.
