i am not as experienced as many here, but i switched to rxTools (10/02 build) about a month ago (formerly a GW user) and have been very pleased with the performance on my N3DS
i tinkered with rei first but didnt have a great success, but that may have been down to my lack of experience
very happy with rxTools here, cant fault it tbh, moving from GW to rx was best thing i did
