Hacking Question Will I get banned?

Hi.
I was using atmosphere with Emunand partition.How ever I accidentally deleted my /emuMMC folder on my sdcard(which I don't know is necessary for emunand) and then when I reboot into Emunand I found out I was actually in Sysnand with atmosphere enabled and wifi connected.I didn't do anything and immediately shut it down.
I do want to play some legit titles and I actually purchase a online family plan with my friends.
So my question is:
1.Will lanuch Sysnand with atmosphere(no nsps or homebrew installed or lanuched) getting a ban?
2.If it will, will that affect other accounts in my family plan?(couse I heard just a console ban will take place,not an account ban)

And I really suggest atmosphere not to load Sysnand with atmosphere when the Emunand boot failed.Maybe an error message or a reboot will be more ideal?

you will be fine i did the same and am okey till now

If you haven't run homebrew or installed any unlegit game and only booted to SysNAND, you should be fine. People use EmuMMC online and don't get banned (of course with no unlegit games).
