Does that happen with just one game or more?
Are you using the latest version of WiiFlow (v. 5.5.4)?
From the sound of it, you're using an external hdd (1200 games), make sure it's plugged in port 0.
Also a post a syscheck here. If you haven't used your Wii in a while your softmods maybe outdated, stuff like cIOS.
