My issue is when I have a stick other than my 2GB stick the screen will smear like a loose video cable.
Also my 128 sticks will not load much of anything.
Basically, to me, it feels like most of my sticks are drawing too much power some how.
Has anybody heard of something like this?

If I figure out the video upload side I'll upload a video of it happening.

Hello,

Do not use a USB key (often black screen or does not start). << ==:nayps3:

Prefer an external hard drive in FAT 32 and everything will be fine. << ==:yaywii:

What do you mean by 2GB stick? I don't think there is a stick that small.
Do you mean as an SD card inserting into the SD slot not the USB port?
If you mean the SD slot, then what is your system menu version? only v4.x will support large capacity SD card and they have to be foirmated to FAT32. Many large capacity SD card comes with exFat which is not supported by Wii.
If you really mean the USB port, then GOOD LUCK

I've got a 2GB stick right here with a bunch of old stuff backed up on it, and there's smaller too. But sticks of these sizes are old. He probably meant 32GB.

Anyways, what jeannotte said is best. HDD's are the most reliable, and if you think a Wii isn't providing enough power you can get HDD's with their own power supplies.

Sorry, I didn't see your reply.

Yes, back in the day there were 2GB USB Sticks.
I know I'm on the latest Wii firmware.
