I would try a different Nintendont before I tried a different ISO.
I have had good luck with this version, though ymmv

Also, try booting the ISO directly from Nintendont (not from home menu).

In UWUVCI (you said, its besser as Tech) i Must to inject choose a "Base" in Step 1.

i dont think it matters, you can choose whatever, the base only matters for vc injects mostly you can choose any base.
