Hacking Wii U - Remove NNIDs / Formatting

Hello,
Recently I bought a Wii U with some NNIDs in it, previous owner said he was afraid to use the Internet and only logged in once, now he can't help me to access the NNIDs.

How can I remove those NNIDs?
I have a Black 32GB Wii U with some games in the HDD, I have Haxchi installed on brain age.

Is formatting an option?
Is there a HBC app that can do it?

Delete them. Only the owner can ask nintendo to remove them from the console. But that should not be your problem as long as not cbhc is installed.

I would format the console. Just keep in mind that Brain Age will get deleted, too. Also backup the games/saves from the HDD and NAND to your PC before formatting.

//EDIT: And at best stay online while formatting. IIRC the Wii U is able to de-register the NNIDs server-side, too, but don't count me on that.
