Hacking wii transfer wad?

I can't update my wii to get this tool...and thus have many games in limbo. I know I could use save manager gx but that would require me tohave a preexisting save on my wii before I can transfer.

help please?

What you CAN get is the WAD for the latest shop channel. that way you can run download and run the transfer tool and Nintendo will have no way of knowing that you're Wii isn't updated.

You can get that WAD through ModMii for Windows (among other places.)
