Hardware Wii Shop Channel not working?

I just changed my Wii Shop Channel country code (to Japan) with AnyRegion Changer, and tried accessing the Shop Channel. Then, I got a message saying it was under construction. I switched to the Euro shop code, same thing. Then I changed back to the US, and again, I got the message.

I selected having read the EULA for each region, but it still won't work.

Is there anyway to fix this, or is the channel being worked on for everyone? (By the way, I backed up my settings.txt first)

Nintendo has made it to where your Wii is locked to whatever region shop channel you last used. So, the only way to get it to work from now on is to log onto the last region shop channel you were on that worked and delete your shop channel account. Then you can change regions and get on again. Repeat when you want to change again.
