Hacking Wii hack

Hi.
I recently installed the HBC using the twighlight hack.
I have been reading a lot on all the forums with regards to Cios updates and revisions etc...
Could someone who knows place a small guide and links detailing the latest used wads, elfs etc.. and cIOS and so on.
Its quite confusing.
Also whats the recomneded firmware to be on. Im currently on 3.1e
