Wii Emulation weird harsh halt locks

While i was playin Wiimednafen runnning some PC Engine CDs, i was playin some Rondo and then all the sudden, the entire thing, crashed, but in a weird way when the whole game sustain with a buzzing sound, and only move 1 frame at the time while making awful buzzing sound.

The same thing happened to me while i was using mGBA on the Wii Mini 2 years ago, same place as this one.

which version of WiiMednafen are you using?

Did you try the latest official version of WiiMednafen which @raz0red gave me some time ago?: https://gbatemp.net/download/wiimednafen.37238/

hum, funny enough seems to be an old version, 0.2 pre.........

that's the version i had backed up on my main drives, LOL
