Why did Miiverse close?

I have no idea why Miiverse closed.



I'll miss Miiverse until the Wii U / 3DS community restores and revives Miiverse for Wii U and 3DS completely successfully.

As many of you know, Miiverse was the favorite social network of nintenderos and gamers, due to its relationship to games and the same console, it was the only social network with an option to make drawings and publish them with a green icon, because that I know, at least, Xbox, was a nintendo version of Facebook but with Miis, without photos, videos and other bullshit that do not like anyone, you could only write comments or you could not post photos and videos, so Miiverse is considers the favorite social network of nintenderos and gamers.

Why did Miiverse have to close?

It closed because nobody really used it. It simply wasn't popular enough for Nintendo to keep it going.

Honestly it had potential but It just seem too limited to be much use. Especially how people only wanted likes and it got so out of hand when mario maker came out that nintendo had to start telling people not to advertise.

Probably seem like a disorganized mess that was too much for them to handle.
