Hacking Question Which Information Based on a Save game?

Hello,
Ive wanna Know which Information are saved on a Save game?
Ive used an NSP only offline With my switch and and now I wanna take a clean NAND Restore and wanna play the game again but as xci (lower Ban Risk for future using) and Restore the existing Save With Checkpoint.
Are theyre any Information on the save game of using NSP or public cert?

Game saves are stored in the console's NAND. They are not stored in any retail cartridge, .XCI, or .NSP files; they are strictly stored within the console itself meaning it does not matter to the Switch what format you're playing the game in.

So I can Do the Game Save Restore without a Risk?

Unless you're using Nintendo's Cloud Saving service, no. But the risk is pretty minimal if you're only using homebrew and RCM.
