i mean citra is good and all but it cannot boot into the home menu sadly and i mean there is mikage but its not out yet so could somebody make something that is citra but it can boot into the home menu like a fork named citra++ or something like that i mean its hard to develop because you have to get things working and its just a mess so yeah

Sure bud. I'll do it and it'll be ready for tomorrow.

Why do you want the 3DS Home Menu on an emulator dude? Like, in No$GBA I get it since that way you can also boot games on DSi Mode or DSiWare. But why?

i want it because basically i want a 3ds emu that works fully where i can truly use the menu and stuff just like dolphin where it can use the wii menu

Citra's quality is as good as the people leading it, what with them scamming people with another patreon while barely doing quality work on either of the emulators they're responsible for.

Mikage is around the corner.

This is exactly what you want, and even explains why you’d want home menu emulation in a few other of this tweets for the people here who can’t seem to fathom that there are other use cases out there

Yes it can boot into the home menu.

But dude what's the point?? you wanna emulate home menu and open and close games like you were on a 3DS? you wanted home menu and they shown you it can open it. What else do you want and more importantly WHY?

Not everyone likes to sit in front of a pc and play games

So with an option like this you can easily do everything you want/need with just a controller

Especially for those that play on TVs

set up a frontend then buddy. And launch every game you have from it. Using a controller. Your needs have nothing to do with having a 3DS emulator with a home menu. Set up a frontend, seriously.

Suddenly me using my Dualsense touchpad as a mouse doesn't sound that stupid. I can navigate Project 64 on that sonuvabitch.
