Hacking Whats on this Second hand device

So i bought a second hand 2DS XL and I think i has a bunch of homebrew stuff installed on it. Apart from A game folder with five games, I found an other folder named Hitlet. In it I Found a Homebrew launcher (Rosalina v2.1.0) , FBI, NTR CFW, Twilight Menu updater, Anemone 3DS Theme Manager, Sharkive, FTP-GMX, some icon with a star and one with a flag...

What is all this stuff?

Is it OK to plug SD card into my Computer?

Don't want to screw up the thing I just bought...

It is fine to insert the SD card it into your PC if you have further questions please don't hesitate to ask

Thank you, I guess this probably means the games that came on the console are pirated roms, maybe not the end of the world I got it for cheap. Is there any transfer software needed to get game roms working on the SD card or is it drag and drop?

I am sorry I do not quit understand what you mean do you want to get legit games for your console? or do you want to remove the pirated roms?

You can download games in .CIA format, copy them to your SD card, and install them using FBI.
