Hacking What would happen?

I recently lost the eShop app on my 3DS, and idk how. I'm not really worried because I don't really need it anymore, but what would happen if there's a system update, I update it, and the update detects that the eShop is not found?

I'm not sure if It'll install it like it does for the browser, but I'd assume it does. You could just always get the eShop from 3DNUS anyways so no worries
