what exactly is a wii game dumper? i read it everywhere

In short. Dumps an original wii game disc to SD card (SD Gekko Required).

doesen't neccescarily have to be dumped to an sd card, obviously you can dump the raw data to hdd also or these days its unscrambled on the fly in the case of the wii but dumping raw data is where it starts on all systems..

Its not about Wii.The process of making the game into a file is called dumping.The word is the same no matter the console.Some consoles use ISOs (e.g.Xbox ) some others just specific files (e.g. .nds for Nintendo DS ) and so on...
