Hacking What chipset am i?

Hi, everybody, i bought a wii 1 week ago, and i tried to identify my chipset by using my serial number. The serioual number begins with LU5098 which i can't find my model in the ps2-scene website. can anybody tell me what chipset is my wii? THank you very much.

If you order any of the newest chips, it shouldn't matter, just make sure it's D2B compatible, it will already be compatible with all other DVD drives.

yep but who know you could have goten an earier chip set i would open it so u can be sure

That's true, they could try to dump older stock on you. Which brings up another good point. Buy from a reputable dealer. Like one who sells more than chips and has been selling chips before the Wii chips showed up. futura-online has been getting good word of mouth from what i have read.

True its to easy to make a website now adays. i buy from Modchipman i have for years but they didn't have the wii key so i ahd to buy else where for that but did order the wiinja deluxe today from them
