Hacking Wadder wont even work now

I dont know why, but Suddenly WADder dosent even work now. I fill all the files in properly and click Create Wad and it brings up the command prompt window and four lines appear, when their used to be many lines.

Then it brings up U8 extractor and an error appears

Run Time Error "9"

Subscript out of range

Ive uninstalled/reinstalled and no luck

All i did was turn off my computer and put in an internal card reader as well as have this patch installed
