Android Upgrading Moto E (2nd Gen)'s firmware

According to multiple website, my specific phone is definitely able to upgrade to Marshmallow (6.1+).
My phone is on 5.1, but any form of upgrading says "your phone's system software is up to date."
It's actually pretty annoying, how do I upgrade?

If you're lazy, wait for an update to come to your region.

Or find the official firmware page and flash the firmware via the official recovery.

The update hit the States a few months ago, so I guess I'll have to flash it. I completely forgot that was a thing really. Thanks. Any hints on where I can find what website?
