Hacking Updating System NAND

Hello, I'm on 9.1 right now, have already set everything about a year ago (including emunand), and the system nand is clean (haven't installed anything on it).
What would be the correct way to update my system nand right now without getting banned? I need to do that in order to transfer my legit saves to a new Switch.

If the sysMMC is clean, you can update from the system settings normally. If you have AutoRCM installed and want to preserve it, you should boot Atmosphere on your clean sysMMC when you do the update process.
