Hacking Updating Atmosphere With Aio

Can I update Atmosphere with AIO and also grab the sigpatches on my emunand without getting banned? I was under the impression as soon as I turned on the WiFi this would send a red flag to Nintendo ? I’m sick to death of taking the SD card out all the time and on my other banned switch obviously this is nothing I have to worry about . I’m trying to keep this new one as it’s my sons ban free . Can I run a shop on the emunand without getting a ban? Sorry for all the questions and thank you in advance

On wifi you should be fine, as long you don't go online with game that use online feature like Monster Hunter, Pokemon etc. As for updating, you can update your CFW files while running hekate, go to tools, then usb mass storage, sd card. You can run a shop on tinfoil if you are running fusee-primary.bin as your bootloader.

Alternatively, you can use Hekate's UMS to update files on your SD card without physically removing it.
