This is probably a stupid question but just to be sure... On my 10.5 emunand I'm currently launching hbl using a CIA version of it. Does this new update allow me to continue to use this entry point or not?

EDIT: I've tested it by mself and the cia version is still working properly

Then it means bye bye to downgrading without a NAND backup like we currently can (with hardmod), as long as they update it "properly", anyway.
But i think we can downgrade via hard mode to modded 10.2, right?

Right now, with 10.6? Yes. In the future? It depends on when they update FIRM properly (as in, they increase the Major version instead of just the Revision as they have been).

so is this possible on 10.6?

It appears Spider browser is no longer working in 10.6.

Tried installing it and now opening the browser prompts an update to fix it. Presumably this is because this version stops use of anything below what it recognises as the current version.
