Rules For Trading:
First when you request an item make sure u describe what you want and if you want a legit one or any will do.
If you are trading tell the person if they are getting a legit item or a hacked one.
Only trade Pokemon and Items Nothing else.

Here's my problem, I'm having problems getting some decent Attack EV's. Is there any place to get a decent amount?

There are many places it also depends on your pokemons atatck lvl.
If low level i will suggest going south of oreburg (route 207) to that patch of grass and fight machops. Each one are 1ev in attack plus 4with item and if u have item and pokerus its 10.
If your a way higher lvl you can fish fo gyarados. A gyarados gives 2 ev in atatck. So i either go to sunny shore and fish them or near resort area. But remember you need the super rod.
If you wanna battle some trainers theres some on route 222 Theres a man with 2 gyarados and another man with luxio i think.

The answer is you can't. It checks for basic things like level, stats (you're not gonna get passed the legality checker with a lvl 200 Snorlax) and then other things like IV's and stuff. There's a legality checker program somewhere, I think its made by the same people who made PokeSav.

Also, playing with hacked Pokemon is stupid, don't do it.

Please dont play with hacked pokemon i did it once runied me i go so bored

so now i always play no cheats even on roms. But if you want one i could search it for you. Also there is something with ivs they cant all be 31 because its nearly impossible

btw, I only wanted to know if he knows how to do it (since it is possible ), wasn't planing on scamming people with fake pokemons :|

I know your intintions were good i never traded hacked pokemon but when u hack in game it takes all the fun out because u know u have eveything and when u go online that just cheap ...

well the only hacks I do are for people who request them :|
I do not play with hacked pokemons, trade them or battle with them... the only AR codes I actually use are the cloning code and the IV checking code (for the sake of RNG'd shinies)
