Ok, so if you already have A9LH and you accidentally cloned your 9.2 emuNAND to your sysNAND I don't why why you can't either:
A. Just update sysNAND (If you followed the guide you deleted your 11.0 emuNAND and that's why you can't access it.
B. Find the CORRECT 11.0 emuNAND backup you made (If you did) and restore sysNAND with that.

1. A9LH has nothing to do with online.
2. You NEED it to use Luma properly
3. If you can't read the guide in English and understand it to its fullest - use translate.google.com to translate it to whatever language you do understand
Google Translate... isn't exactly accurate nor is it good for sensitive and millimetre-sensitive guides.

If you followed the guide you should have a9lh installed correctly.
You problem is that you are on 9.2 Firmware.
But since you have a9lh and Luma3DS you can just go to the System Settings and update.
This will make you able to play online and you won't lose anything since Luma3DS protects Frim0 and Firm1(that is where a9lh takes effect).

So... Just update your 3DS through System Settings and you are good to go.
