Unable to start software happens after hour or two

This happens to Captain Toad and Mario 3D world
i formatted in fat32 64kb and tested the sd no errors

I have a Samsung 256gb pro plus A2 V30
should i get a Sandisk instead?

im really dont know what else to do i formated few times and put fresh atmosphere files w hekate
Do i need to update the system itself too>
