Homebrew Uh...I'm a Little Stuck...

I may be wrong on such a subject, but wouldn't it make conflicts when downgraded EmuNAND/RedNAND to 2.1.0? Seeing as 11.0.0 can not be downgraded without a TWL_FIRM patch (is it possible to do that with an EmuNAND?).
It should still work. Regardless, even if I'm mistaken, one can set aside the current emuNAND and restore it after A9LH is installed and done with.

Wut? TWL_FIRM is the DS(i) firmware on the 3DS. It's patched to disable sigchecks of DSiWare.
Luma3DS patches both emu- and sysNAND to enable downgrading and reintroduce svcBackdoor.

Sorry, I meant NATIVE_FIRM. I did not know that Luma3DS allows downgrading without any patches, so I suppose the @Lordsble is fine, as long as he has a way to launch homebrew.

I see your point, but why have an EmuNAND with A9LH?

Some people like having USA/JAP or JAP/EUR for whatever reason they need it for (ie Pokemon Events)
I have an idea that might fix everything. It's pretty simple and I think it will work. I'll use my sister's old, broken 3DS XL (witch is on 10.3) to get on homebrew and install OoT3Dhax. So I can get on homebrew then downgrade back to 9.2! Will that work, and if it does, will my browser be fixed?

Ah, ok, that makes sense.

That would most likely work - only way to be sure is to try!

dosen't seem like it wouldn't hurt to try it, but just remember that your 3DS is on 9.9 so you'll need to get the 9.9 payload for OoT3Dhax(I'm sure it exists somewhere lol)

I'm so happy to announce that everything is finally fixed. I'm now on 9.2 sysNAND, my SD boots, menuhax works, and my emuNAND is perfectly fine.

I just have one tiny problem: for some reason I can't seem to get the gird launcher to work,( it worked before, but now it's not) so I'm stuck with the original hbl.

Browserhax works on 9.9 with the dummy browser. Follow the instructions.

https://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax.php

1. Change the system day and time.
2. Run browserhax.
3. Install menuhax.
4. Play your games in emunand.
5. Stop messing with sysnand.
6. Really, stop messing with sysnand.
7. ???
8. Profit.

Also, stop messing with sysnand.
the dummy browser isn't even a browser.... it doesn't work at all...

I'm glad you got everything working! But, how does the grid launcher not work? You are replacing the boot.3dsx, correct? Also, do you mean this launcher, or something else?

EDIT: I have gotten the launcher I have mentioned working just fine, could you please elaborate on your problem?

Thanks, I got it fixed by replacing the boot.3dsx.

No problem. By the way, as a few of us have mentioned before, maybe you should try installing Arm9LoaderHax? It has faster boot times than Menuhax, removes most of the need for an EmuNAND, thus freeing a lot of SD card space, and will make your 3DS very future-proof. However, it is quite a tedious task, as it takes a very long time to set up, and even though the risk is incredibly minuscule, it may still be possible to brick your 3DS. You're already on 9.2.0 though, so there it is nearly impossible to brick. I and many others would understand if you did not want to do this, as you've already had enough trouble with your 3DS.
