Homebrew Homebrew app Twilight Menu GPU scaling question

So when you open TWpatcher, it shows the whole list of patches like Nintendo Default, Sono's Crisp, Sharpen Test 1. When I click GPU scaling it says (no filters). Does this mean it doesn't use any of those patches in the list? The list says "Scale List" not exactly saying it's filters but it sounds likely that's what it's referring to
