Tutorial for update from first CFW to Luma

Hi, I hacked my 3ds long time ago, when the first CFW/Homebrew got created.
I didnt use my 3ds for like 4 5 years and I want to update that to the latest version of Luma.
Anyone have a tutorial to do that?
