Homebrew Trying to install a .dol file, I'd like some help.

It's probably been 4 months since I even touched my Wii, and since then I've forgotten how to do a lot of stuff. I'm trying to install the CIOS Patchmii Installer, and as of yet I have no clue how to do it. I would appreciate any and all help.

Make a folder for it.
Rename it boot.dol and put it in that folder
Launch it.
