NEVER MIND THIS POST, DO NOT REPLY TO THIS. I GOT IT FIGURED OUT! So like an idiot I am I went a step ahead in my 3DS tutorial, when I was going over the installations of Luma3DS, I didn't realize that I had to go for the option:

“Show NAND or user string in System Settings”
I totally glossed this over and went ahead and saved it. I got confused for a moment before I realized what I had done. So in an attempt to reinstall the process, I deleted the two files in the boot9strap folder (I can't remember what they were called, but it isn't the boot9strap firm files, also deleted the others. When I inserted my SD card back into my New 2DS XL and turned it back on, it immediately booted up the Luma3DS installation screen, clicked on the option I missed and saved it. After all that was done, I followed the guide accordingly, then when I got to Download Play to launch homebrew, the app booted up normally like I never hacked my 3DS. I wanted to reboot up my SafeB9Installer through browserhax again but it just keeps giving me the top "white" screen and the bottom "red" screen. What can I do to correct this issue? How can I get the files back? They got permanently deleted too.
It's very simple.

:
Meteo is like an AVI-to-GBA converter. Just drag-and-drop your AVI file in, and then convert.

But Nintendo's GBA video format is different, being that it uses a custom ROM and chipset for rendering, for like the Shrek and Shark Tale titles. Been undumpable for years and years.

Meteo uses it's own player.

Although it's kinda pointless to download them anyway since you get the movies in horrible quality

@
SylverReZ
:
@Xdqwerty
, Reverse engineering, to put it simply, is to understand how the software or hardware was made.
