Hacking Trouble with downgrading

my friend has a 3.4 version of wii and when i try to go to the iso downgrader app it takes me back to the system menu plz help

It seems this has been post 3 times by accident can a mod plz delete the other 2 soz my bad

try removing all Gamecube memory cards and Gamecube controllers. also remove anything in the USB ports if there is anything plugged in.

try copying the ISO downgrader application back into the SD card and remove it properly. (Safely Remove Hardware)
