Hacking tinfoil: unable to start software

i need some help i have gone through tons of online forms and all they say is update sigpatches.
here is what's happening i have tryed the self installer and used db installer to install the nsp of tinfoil but every time the app will apeare in the app sections but wont run and will only come back with unable to start software.
here is what i have done so far update sig patches, atmosphere uninstalling every file and folder related to tinfoil and at this point i cant think of anything else to try.
before this happend two things happend i used aio to install advanced deap sea and i acidently switched my emmc and then switched it back.

Are you on Atmosphere 1.7.x and using fusee.bin as payload?
In that case you don't have KIP patches and that is needed for Tinfoil to work.
You can solve that by either using the modified fusee.bin that allows KIP patches, using sys-patch 1.5.2 or by using Hekate as payload and use FSS0 to boot HOS from there. If you don't want to use sys-patch then make sure you are using the latest sigpatches. There has been multiple versions for the latest FW before they worked properly.
I am at work right now so I don't have time to find links to the tools I mention but you can find both modified fusee.bin, sys-patrch 1.5.2 and the latest sigpatches here on gbatemp

I also can't open Tinfoil in any way. I noticed it when i was trying to get mmlinx working. i updated atmosphere, hekate and all of my sigpatches. Idk what i could do to fix it

I'm using sys-patch but my noacidsigchk is not getting patched what should I do? I've launched cfw from hekate and can play all my games but is there a file I'm missing or something? I downgraded to 17.0.1 but I have the latest atmosphere.
