Thermal pad or thermal paste for a Trinity ?

I have a Trinity that has not yet been opened before. the seal is intact. I want to either repaste it or use thermal pads.

I have MX-4 and MX-6 pastes.

Do you recommend using thermal pads instead of paste? if so, which thermal pad?

My main concern is durability. I don't want to open the console again after some time...

As the specs of MX-6 says, at least 5 years or more, before it will need to be reapplied.
You can probably push it to 7-8 years even.
