Hacking [Theory] Updating sysNAND without System Settings

With the N3DS MSET hack I have been thinking, would it be possible to use 3DNUS to update the sysNAND to the latest version without the System Settings title in order to keep the MSET exploit?

well... if this were possible people would have done it long ago with the o3ds on 4.5, which is where we got this new system settings application.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
