Hacking Sync wiimotes with autoboot installed

So we have a unfortunate incident and both our wiimotes we used for our softmodded wii are unsynced as we let someone borrow it when we were away. When we came back we found we could not sync them up. So a post says to use tinyload and downloading it didn't give a elf or dol.

EDIT: Actually I downloaded again this time from wiibrew and it gave the elf file I needed.
