That's a monstrosity, I'd rather stick with my smaller 3.5mm bluetooth transmitter. Thing is, I'm certain a rather small little USB-C nub could be made to just barely protrude out of the bottom of the Switch to transmit bluetooth audio. Again though, no such device exists, because pretty much all other devices with a USB-C output natively transmit bluetooth audio.
I dunno if these are what you look, but for answer your original question, yes, there are USB-c bluetooth adapters...or rather headphones.

Those are just the bluetooth headphones... no, its not the headphones I'm talking about, I'm very well aware that bluetooth headphones exist, I have a few pairs myself. What i'm talking about that would be ideal here is an adapter that would plug into a usb-c port that transmits bluetooth audio for the device that it plugs into. Thing is aside from the Switch, any other device with a USB-C port already has bluetooth audio transmitting built into the device natively, negating the need for such a little adapter to exist, hence why it simply doesn't exist... yet anyway.

Oh I get it now. That will take a whiiiiiiiiiiiiiiile while USB-C Type becames the norm instead of USB Type A or B

Its really not about it being the norm or not. Because, unlike the Switch, any other device with a USB-C port out (That is almost entirely at this point: Smartphones (and some controllers I suppose, but you don't connect to a controller for audio)) already transmits bluetooth audio natively, so such a device is completely unwarranted to pretty much all other devices with the port out. No, the only way such a device would get made is if there is specifically enough demand for it on the Nintendo Switch. And the worst part is, I'm pretty sure that Nintendo could (and perhaps even will in the future) push a firmware update for the Switch to allow for bluetooth headsets to connect directly with the system. And just knowing that that may even possibly happen in the future is probably enough to sway anyone from bothering to even make such a device. Point I'm getting at is, I don't think such a device will ever be created and sold to the masses, because there really is no good reason for it to exist in this day and age.
