I have encountered a problem with my fiancée's switch where it just turns off after a minute of being turned on or by using it in any kind of way;
Slightly twisting it on opposite sides? Turns off.
Lightly pressing on the screen? Turns off.
Having it stand on its usb-c side and pushing down on it? Turns off.
At first I thought it was overheating so I changed the thermal paste to some Thermal Grizzly but that wasn't the case as I measured my switch at around 40°C and my fiancée's being lower than that.
Only after changing the thermal paste did it start having all the others "turning off" symptoms.
I have also tried swapping out the internals to my old switch's screen (they are both V2) but that solved nothing.
My only guess would be that by pressing stuff around the switch something is getting shorted and making it reset and also that by means of thermal expansion, that same thing gets shorted while leaving the switch just to sit.
Anyone would have a clue as to what that could be?
