Have you tried the official charger ? If it's sat in the box for a looooooong time the battery could have went completely dead and lithium doesn't enjoy that much.

Yes of course, first of all I used its original battery charger but since it didn't give results, I tried what current absorption it had through this power supply which automatically selects the voltage and current that the console requires. I still use it to check working consoles and it has never given any problems. The console was only turned off for 2/3 days. There are schemes for testing components near the USB port or charging circuit. Thank you

Well I may have mistaken what you meant by unopened (I was thinking like new in box) haha. There's a small chance the console has blackscreened which if you hold the power for about 20 seconds and then it doesn't turn on you could be in need of a new battery or board components.

Is there any reason you cannot make a warranty claim?
Keep it plugged in for a W H I L E (like, 24 hours), then unplug it, and experiment with attempting to power on the switch while plugging/unplugging the system. To me, this sounds outright defective.

EDIT; I made the same comprehension error as the user above me, however, my advice is unchanged. If that doesn't work I'd ask questions like, have you dropped it recently? Or, better yet, did it drink Kool-Aid?
