Gaming Super Smash EUR Question

I plan on downloading the .cia EUR version of Super Smash and I was wondering if local multi player would work if I play with friends who had the US ver.?

yes it would !
i can say that because i myself own a us 2ds and a australian new 3ds set to the eur region

well local works good and i'm not sure if the nintendo network would work on global.but yeah local works good
