Gaming Sonic Generations and November update...

Hello everyone, how are you doing?
I would like to aks two things about Sonic Generations and the November update...

1) Does SG work with the "old" firmware (v2.10-4)? Or you need to have the
Super mario 3d land update to make SG work?

2) Does anyone know a specific date for the big november update? It should be
avaiable before november ends (duh), but it could always be delayed to december...
It's because I reaally want to play at SM3DL, but I don't want to block my acekard!

1) Most likely , No. It wouldnt make much sense for one game to require and complete different games update now would it?

2) Like Sonic said its the 30th but since each update is a the last update with added/reduced/changed content so it will block the acekard regardless. However the teams working on a fix so if were lucky and its released after the november update it will probably be able to bypass the AP.
