@TurdPooCharger do you have anything in the stash for this? I've noticed a slight doubling effect on my n3DS when the 3D effect is over 80%. Sure I could keep it lower but it def seems like some kind of calibration issue so wondering if there are any low level fixes one can implement?

Its slight but obvious on dark backgrounds like the two images are ever so slightly out of phase at 100% 3D activation.

Anyone else experienced this?

i think this is just a thing that happens with the n3ds. I think it may have something to do with your face not looking like whatever nintendo trained the new 3ds to track, as i've had big issues when wearing a mask, and with having long hair. I also wouldnt be surprised if ethnicity (they more than likely trained it on male asians and europeans) and face shape would also throw it off. honestly though, i just wouldnt use the 3d much, its not like it adds much to the experience imo

I was under the impression that the super stable 3d uses the IR camera to track your eyes so if you have your eyelids very close together the tracking will struggle. Also there used to be a guide on nintendo's site on how to get the best experience, like not having strong light-sources right behind you etc. Not sure what else you can do. There were supposedly 3D glasses made to improve the 3D but I believe they were only a scam.

it tracks your whole face

You just have to lower the slider. It's why there is a slider in the first place as the sweet spot for the 3D effect varies person to person.
