Hacking Sky3ds Public/Private Header question

Sorry if this was answered before i was unable to find it in a timely fashion.

I am working on getting a private header but i am unable to dump my own yet. If in the mean time i use a public header but stay offline i understand i am safe. What if i then go online with legit cards that i purchased myself or access the Eshop with no cards in whatsoever? Am i still safe or would it be best to completely stay offline until i have a private header available? What i am gathering from reading info on this website is that people are banned when nintendo sees multiple people online with the same public header at the same time and they are being flagged, but i wanted to be sure. I was unable to find this exact answer and i did search pretty hard.

If you stay offline, it won't matter. You'll be fine.
Atm the only time you should receive a temp ban is if you're using a Public header online while someone else is also online using the same header.
